The staff seemed to be excellent. Loved a sofa bed, central heating and an iron, though our beds were squeaky. There was a bath in the private bathroom. We spent evenings admiring garden views. It was located in a very quiet area on the lake.

The apartment has an incredible setting near a lovely peaceful garden for relaxing, a beach, and the center of Bellagio. The staff are kind and amiable. Thank you very much for the help. I will certainly stay here again, everything was very easy.

The location was perfect, right next to Villa Melzi and a short walk to the center of town. The staff treated us very well, giving us great recommendations and making sure we had a comfortable stay.

We got great value for our money with a spacious and comfortable room, beautiful views, and a well-equipped kitchen. The location was amazing, right next to the lake and botanical gardens, and only a short walk from the city center. The staff, especially Ornella, were incredibly kind and hospitable.

We loved the spacious and well-equipped apartment with a small kitchen and two balconies. The view of the lake from the apartment was absolutely lovely. The location was excellent, right next to the beautiful Villa Melzi, where we were provided with a free entry voucher. There was a nice restaurant nearby, and it was just a short walk to the city center. The free parking provided was also a great convenience. As young families, we found the apartment to be perfect for our needs.
